Ingredients:
80-100g rocket and/or watercress
½ cucumber
1 small red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pears peeled and sliced
1 tbsp agave syrup
freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
100g walnuts |

Preparation:
Prepare a bed of rocket / watercress on individual plates.
Cut the cucumber into long slices and slice the onion and arrange on the salad.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the agave syrup, pepper and coriander.
Cook for a minute and add the pears and cook for a few minutes until the pears are golden.
Top the salad with the pear and the juices. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
